ITV Ventures™ Back Office – Final Part

Today I’ll finish off our review of the Back Office of your ITV Ventures™ replicate website.

• Order Assurance Program: The Order Assurance Program allows customers to receive significant discounts if they decide to have their desired products shipped to them automatically each month. The Back Office lets you review each customer’s OAP status and make any edits to it, should a customer wish to change his autoship orders.

• Customers: This section displays all of your customers, their Customer ID#s, contact info, and order activity. It also allows you to place a new order on their behalf.

• Genealogy: Here you can view your downline activity – the IBOs and their respective customers’ information, as well as volume totals.

• Commissions: The Commissions tab shows all of your weekly and monthly earned commissions. Clicking on the link for any particular week brings up a wealth of information about your fast cash bonuses, retail profits and mentor bonuses. It also shows you all previous checks sent to you.

• Enroll New IBO: In this section you can enroll any new IBOs you sponsor (assuming they don’t complete the sign up form themselves on your website).

Incidentally, ITV Ventures™ has just added a new feature to the Welcome page – copies of telephone scripts developed by their Dream Team, to help you in your phone conversations with customers. Excellent idea.
