I thought it might be useful, for those of you considering joining ITV Ventures™, if I summarized the costs you will incur.
There are 4 costs you’ll be expected to pay.
First, to participate in ITV Ventures™ you will be required to pay $499 for the Premiere IBO Kit.
The Kit includes:
- Over $600 worth of ITV Ventures™ top-selling retail products, for you to use yourself, so that you can understand how great the products are – or you can sell them at retail.
- Business in a Briefcase, a ready-to-go system of CDs, DVDs, literature, etc. to teach you how to get off to a fast start in your new business and stay organized. A $99.00 value.
- Your own Customized ITV Ventures™ Website, for you to refer your prospects to
- Subscription to the Natural Cures Newsletter
- Total Living Catalogue
- Business Management Center (BMS-back office), which we have discussed in detail on our Blog
- ITV Business and Product DVDs
You can also join up for $165, but you won’t receive the Premiere Kit and all of the many advantages it provides.
Second, each following year, on the anniversary date of your joining, you’ll be charged a $99 annual fee if you wish to remain an IBO.
Third, every month ITV Ventures™ mails you its training materials, which include DVDs, CDs, product brochures, etc. at a cost of just $29/month. This Monthly Action Program (MAP) also includes training via the internet and 3 weekly conference calls, all designed to keep you abreast of new product introductions, selling techniques, etc.
The final financial commitment is that you and your customers must – in total amongst all of you – purchase at least $100 of products each month. If you fail to do so, you will be sent $100 of products and billed accordingly.
So really, after the initial payment, what you are looking at is $29/month, unless you and your customers fail to purchase $100 of products between you in a particular month. You will then be charged $100 – but you’ll be sent $100 of products. And once a year you pay $99 to renew your membership.
And remember, when you “sell” products to customers you don’t have to pay for inventory. Instead you pass the order along to ITV Ventures™ and they attend to the credit card processing, product shipping, etc. So you have no money to tie up in inventory.
It’s a pretty nice arrangement.
