ITV Ventures™ and the Power Matrix

ITV Ventures™ Power Matrix and its spill concept provide a unique way of helping IBOs build a sizeable downline and residual income.

The Power Matrix is a 4 X 7 matrix. That means there are 4 positions for IBOs on your first level; and then 16 on your 2^nd level; 64 on the 3^rd level and so on, through 7 levels.

When you (or one the IBOs in your downline) sponsor a new IBO, your Power Matrix downline grows. ITV Ventures™ utilizes a software program that fills the available spots from left to right and places people in the next available spot as you (or your downline IBOs) sponsor new IBOs.

No matter where a particular IBO is in your Power Matrix, if you personally sponsored him, you always remain their sponsor and you are paid according to the level payout on which they are placed. “Spill” is what occurs when any level within your Power Matrix is full and you have a new IBO to sponsor. That IBO will automatically be placed in the next available space on one of your existing IBO lines. This is a very efficient way to build the levels of your Power Matrix and increases your payouts.

Compensation for the Power Matrix is based on total commissioned wholesale volume that is generated by the IBO’s in levels 1 through 7 of your organization. There are two types of volume:

• Personal Volume (PV) is the sum of your own personal purchases and your customers’ purchases. The requirement for the $100 per month can be met with any combination of your own and your customers’ purchases. If that volume exceeds $100, you have met your monthly $100 PV requirement.
• Group Volume (GV) is the sum of all volume created by each IBO in your Power Matrix.

Here is what the 4×7 Power Matrix pays you:

• 2% on volume generated from Level 1
• 3% on volume generated from Level 2
• 5% on volume generated from Level 3
• 5% on volume generated from Level 4
• 6% on volume generated from Level 5
• 6% on volume generated from Level 6
• 8% on volume generated from Level 7

How do you earn the above commissions?

• You are paid on the top 2 levels immediately when you join
• Sponsor 1 IBO – paid on 3rd level as well
• Sponsor 2 IBOs – paid on 4th level as well
• Sponsor 3 IBOs – paid on 5th level as well
• Sponsor 4 IBOs – paid on 6th level as well
• Sponsor 5 IBOs – paid on 7th level as well

You must be “Active and Commission Qualified” to be eligible for the payments. This means you have met the monthly $100 Personal Volume requirement and are participating in the Monthly Action Plan training (@$29.95 per month).
