ITV Ventures Guarantee Terms, etc.

I thought it might be useful to set out the terms and conditions of ITV Ventures 30 day product guarantee, as well as those involved with the Order Assurance Program.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely satisfied with any product, ITV Ventures will replace it without charge or provide you credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling). You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price (less S & H) if you return the unused portion within 30 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the exterior of the package. You can request an RMA by calling Customer Service at 1-800-942-2443.

2. Order Assurance Program: You may qualify for discounts up to 25% off the regular retail price on products you place on the Order Assurance Program. You agree to receive a fresh supply of your chosen Order Assurance Program product(s) every 30 or 90 days, depending on the product and quantity ordered. You can modify your Order Assurance Program account at any time.

3. Payment Authorization: You authorize ITV Ventures to withdraw payment equal to only the price in accordance with your customer status plus shipping and applicable sales tax from the credit card or bank account above. You agree to pay a $10.00 service fee if your check or charge is dishonored for any reason.

4. Cancellation: You may cancel your Order Assurance Program at any time with no minimum purchase obligation. Cancellations must be made two (2) weeks prior to the next scheduled shipment date. You understand that by canceling, you are subject to the full retail prices and will no longer qualify to receive discounts up to 25% off.

5.Email Notifications: You consent to ITV Ventures emailing you regarding its products, services, income opportunity program and other topics that may be of interest or benefit to you.
