Why is there now a Business Support Chat option? ITV Ventures, experienced a huge success with the Home Agent Chat launch so they decided to offer a similar venue so that all IBOs may have
their business-related questions answered quickly and conveniently.

As with their email and phone options, their dedicated Business Support Staff will continue to work with IBOs on the Business Support Chat to help us all better meet our business needs.

When is the Business Support Chat available?

The Chat will be available to you during regular Business Support Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern
Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern

How do you find the Business Support Chat? You will see a link in your back office - simply click on the link and the Chat will automatically launch for you to use!

Business Support will continue to be available by phone and/or email during these regular business hours, as well.
