ITV Ventures Product Return Policy

I thought it would be a good idea to publish verbatim ITV Ventures Return Policy for customer orders - so here it is:

“Your ITV Ventures product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of this shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact the Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800-942-2443 Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST.

• You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the 30 day period to receive a refund.

• Please return the unused portion of your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.)

• When returning an order consisting of more than one of the same item/product, you will be refunded for one trial item (i.e. open item) and all other unopened items.

• Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, including empty bottles in their original containers for which you are requesting refunds.

• DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.

• Please return your item with a copy of the original Invoice and include your reason for returning.

• We recommend using UPS or insured mail (with tracking #) to ensure your package is received by us, as we are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ON ALL ORDERS

• Free Offers cannot be returned.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase (including but not limited to Return or Exchange information), please contact the Customer Satisfaction Department.

The charge on your credit card or bank statement will appear as “ITV Ventures™” unless you paid by e-check.

One or more of the products enclosed may be on our Order Assurance Program, which qualifies you for substantial savings. Your invoice will clearly indicate if you have agreed to participate in the Order Assurance Program. Within 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the program that you ordered, your credit card will be charged and your next order automatically shipped to you.

If you are not already a member of our Order Assurance Program, and would like to enjoy special discounted pricing, please call us.

If you wish to cancel the Order Assurance Program, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department.

Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy above).
